As you say, Project Portfolio Management is a little under-represented in comparison to programme and project management, so it is great to have access to this content.
It has been helpful to solidify some of the ways of working I have implemented in my organisation to get a sense check of being on the right lines (when sometimes it doesn’t feel like it!) as well as giving plenty of learning and ideas for improvements in the future. Keep it going!
